yes Kings and Queens... InI been working on the night shift for de past 3 years and de I was just seeking a likkle bit of Vibes of how Jah people feel about de idrens and Sistren out dere working on de so called grave yard shifts...

As for InI... Mi dont really feel a way about it, as long as i getting nuff...
-Exercise
-Plenty Ital (which is vital)
-Proper Meditations And Rest (Sabbath)

What is de I's opinions on this reasonment?

Yes king I know what you are concerned about! I was a flex officer doing security work and on many occasions I would have to work the night shift at my own dissamy, but I knew it was only temporary and had to do what I had to do. I admire your for your 3 year perstistance and dedication to as i use to call it the "zombie" shift. Some days I would get off work at 7am go exercise for about an hour, eat a small snack before i rested up for vital sleep. I usually slept till bout 4 pm. Then that is when i would take care of responsibilites around the house or run errands. Then in between the window of 6-10 pm i would socialize with my friends. So you can get a healthy balance of what your body and soul needs. But it is definitely not for the weak-hearted. JAH carried my through most of it.
