For now, InI would advise the I to go contact the technical help center, hopin that they will be able to help with these issues.
Note that the I would need to sign in with woj details, and fill in a little online form so that the technical team can assist the I in an appropriate way.

Maybe a glitch? Always bear in mind that these as a whole (computers, internet, etc...) are tools of babylon. Not necassarily the cause of the ones behind the scenes. Should the I expect to use these tools if/when the I had repatriated to Mama Ifrica?
