I teacher went to talk to Dalai Lama and some munks and they started talking bout Kundalini and how irrasponsible people spread the teachings in the west world. U can just pay and tek a 3 day course to activate ur 3rd eye with Kundalini.. or better: do it for free with all the self help pages availeble on the net!!! Did dat maself long time and lived to tell about it! Faced no problems. One of I best friends wasnt so lucky though.. Smart, loving, beautiful girl.. she went for a 3 days course and came back permanently mad.. Dat was like 5 yrs ago and she is scitso for life and on meds after it.. She is locked up in mental hospital most of the time, and she has no family.. I used to visit her in ma old hometown and provided her doctors wid info on kundalini psychosis, and they just looked at mi like am mad too, and continued givin her all their fancy diagnosis. They doomed her mad for life, and sentenced her to a lifetime on strong meds.

The buddist munks must recieve proper education and preperation for at least 8 years before awakening kundalini.. quite a contrast to the madness going on in the west!

Truth I Sis. This is why buddist munks dont pay for some 3 day course to awake Kundalini.. like them searching new age ppl.. most searching coz they feel lost and unhappy.. so called guru's looking for money they gladly tek advantage.. Sad!!!

Hmmm... I&I have experienced the longing of wanting to go back home, but have never read or studied any of these 3rd eye deals. The more I&I read about what the I's are speaking of, seem very familiar to I&I, but this came about naturally. Although at first I&I thought I&I was going nuts, lol, but eventually, I&I came to terms with this transition of spiritual growth.

I have quite a bit of experince on said tings
and know, yes, a fine line between "madness" or as some nice folk call "spiritual emergence" and Mystic awareness or "multi-dimentional awareness" as new-agers like to call
see, the more the "awareness" the greater the risk of unbalance as with knowledge comes power and with power comes risk of corruption if intent is not pure and ego purged of untruth
sometimes ones have to experience their own SUSieties collective madness that they have learnt in folly before they can identify where they are going wrong and "learn the lesson"
nuff "gurus' get caught up in "spiritual ego-trips"
is such a fine line!!!!!!
plenty mystics get caught in SUSieties fear-based ignorance and incarcerated in pych hospitals due to the ignorange of fear-based thinkers who have too much power given by SUSiety...pych docs n such, there approach seems to be suppress with meds that which yah don't overstand, too much folly "western education" not enuff humility n love to find out whats REALLY going on...
Cultures should communicate more.... Indiginous healers, eastern practitioners collaborating with western docs would help
I steered clear with I own "Spiritual emergence" and only now dare I go into the "system" to share what I have learnt and find out what they make of I experiences
Now, grounded in His Majesties love, have I the strength to deal with their folly of limited understanding
I friend is not so lucky, he has to take court ordered meds injected, mek him feel like a zombie, but for him, that is betta than the horrifying visions...now after extensive assurance and Love from I n I, he is talking about getting off the injections that make him obese and disconnected
I have done a lot of research and guided "pychic" healing+
living in nature, so as too avoid scaring people with I "unusual" "out of the box" reality, and supported herbal healing, plus plenty prayer, n mixing with fellow "spiritual aspirants"....
dance is good, gets yah grounded in body while activating Kundalini, any kind of movement meditation
and conscious music is ESSENTIAL in I book
nuff times I centred thru listening, chanting, drumming, toning
see, when the ego bubble bursts, one is left with a dissolved ego, this is extremely unsettling!!!!!!
the ego(self-edentity) is an anchor, yet must be temporarily let go of to experience 'Oneness n transcendance'
to I Love is the true anchor and living in a sea of limitless love takes away the fear
but fear and the body live hand in hand so some fear is Jah guidance to protect I n I
"Enlightenment" is when the balance tips and love is predominant and fear is fleeting
so herein lies the discernment and difference between 'madness" and "mystic mind"
madness is when third eye is opened prematuraly without the aspirarant having an "enlightened friend' to "hold their hand" so to speak as they walk thru the transcendant 'door", when that "friend" is not there, the new reality is too unsettling for the ego and fear sets in, also "duppy energies' feed on light, so when light is on in the spiritual aspirant "demon energies " of unresolved self come play and can cause havoc with the aspirant and ones around them..this is the vulnerable time when one needs someone who has already walked thru that "door" to reassure and guide them and give them the stability to settle into the new "expanded" reality..this is why advanced spiritual culture always give an "spiritual emerging" person into the hands of an elder "shaman" or "wise one' but here in the west, is a culture still in adolescent phase, them have no overstanding of such realms and it is a hazardous journey frought with ego pitfalls..
the more light goes on, the more danger one can fall into "spiritual ego traps" as personal power increases and the temptations and carnality of our ego-body-mind tries to negate and slow down our spiritual progress
I think its like Mandela says we fear our light and our power and so we sabotage our attempts to progress spiritually for various reasons
one may be that we have learnt to distrust our power due to abuse of such in the past
I think humble works of mundanity help alot
caring for others
domestocity
gardening
physical work-outs
ritual
keeping connected and communicating with empathetic souls
and great discernment when dealing with so-called "professionals" is essential
whenin doubt avoid "authorities" and go for family and friends who you can trust to help
and pray pray pray for guidance!!!!
it can be sooooooo scary when your whole world crumbles and falls apart on the inside but LOVE is sooooo real that keeping close to that will surely be the life-line to get back to the safety of genuine "reality"
still love needs lots of reassuance from the 'Mind" so when the mind can acknowledge the power of LOVE the journey can only spiral UPwards from there

I recognize a lot of wat the I say. Kundalini awakening should not ever be done without a proper guide. Far I part I had this highly conscious sudansese sufi rastaman (I twinsoul) who went long before I.. I was therefor all aware and prepared for the fact that there will be demon attacks and such, even as parts of a successful kundalini awakening.

This Ras man took I kundalini awakening very serious, and I could call him up any time day and night with questions, insights etc.. And he came to stay with I for long periods of time as well.

I doubt those kundalini teachers who get nuff money for som few hours give that kinda time, care, love etc.. I dunnu if its so good to pay for any type of spiritual guidance from strangers..

..I kno abt one shaman who deal with mental illness, and has told some of his female clients to strip down naked and then touch touch inna bad way pretending its all part of healing...
