SUGAR is our #1 enemy that is why most of us stay away from it & go to juice, soda, tea, and all contain water as a base....... WE NEED PLENTY OF WATER TO LIVE HEALTHY & LONG

In Australia, the biggest selling item at the 2 biggest supermarkets is Coke!
they sell more Coke than any other item. More Coke than bread.
The youth are drowning in it!
Many drink a couple of cans a day which equates to more than a cup of Sugar!
Interestingly it contained cocaine until 1903 (an estimated 9mg per glass!)
