Greetings Sons and Daughters of the Most High Jah Almighty…
I look forward to reasoning with ones regarding issues of family health, as it is a subject that is crucial to the development of InI future. Issues that relate to family health are many, and may be linked to other issues that are not obvious links, but are connected nonetheless. Most topics are also controversial, and (of course) go against the 'norm' in Babylon. It is no secret that the system has ways of attempting to 'control' the masses. The most common tactic being 'fear' - or the instilling of 'fear' and 'anxiety' in order to make people comply, assimilate and do what 'they' want, and doing what ‘they’ want almost always culminates into 'money' and 'power' for ‘them’, and detriment for the masses.
It is only through education that ones can empower themselves and their families with the artillery required to have optimal functioning ‘temples’ or bodies. Jah is ever mighty, and is always on InI side – however H.I.M. has left us the task of educating ourselves for it is only through education that InI may become liberated. The matrix (internet) is indeed a ‘blessing’ for it enables InI to research scholarly works and empower ourselves with knowledge – not solely based on emotional, spiritual or personal experiences, but knowledge that is documented, ‘proven’, and ‘in the books’… allowing InI to fight fire with fire!
I am (in particular) an advocate of natural birth, exclusive/extended breastfeeding, anti-innoculation, and natural healing - so would love to reason on these topics, but anything family, love, just and righteous is MOST welcome. Please feel free to post issues, concerns and opinions regarding building healthy families, so that InI may reason - teach and learn - from each other...

In addition to all advice given here Sis...remove starches from your diet, starchy foods are not digestible and create abnormal growths in the system...replace your rice with quinoa and no noodles or bread of any kind, no cookies, cakes et c.
Also remove sugar from your diet as it is poison and debilitates the system...even raw sugar is too concentrated for our bodies to digest.
Remove all soy products and meat subsitutes of any kind...tofu, tempeh, soya burgers, granburger, tvp, soya milk and soya ice cream....soybeans are a manmade hybrid and they contain large amounts of estrogen which wreaks havoc on the female body
Make all of your food very high vibrationally-meaning do not cook all the life out of it, steam or boil lightly...eat foods made by God not man,try not to eat anything that comes from a box or a bag, AND remember that you consume everything around you...so make your relationships high vibrationally, make your music high vibrationally, make the things you view on the television high vibrationally as well as what you do on the internet
The more time you can spend in Iration the more healthy you will be...spend more time in prayer and meditation, be as loving and kind as you can all day every day
I would suggest Sacred Woman by Queen Afua...I myself was healed by the wisdom found there

Ini is writting seeking for help as ini had visited my doctor two strongs ago, and i descovered that i had ovarien cysts???the doctor imidietly refered i to hospital for an oparation which i did'nt go for certain reasons...but now ini was seeking more info on cysts and a natural way of healing them....this is one of the graetest gideons ini is faced with at this point of i life but ini put HIM first and wait for the rest to follow.any light on the matter will be highly apriciloved...

I find plain coconut oil to be the best cream for me and my yout. Our skin is very sensitive and yet it keeps us well moisturized with no additives. When I am in the States I use one made in India called Surahbi that I get at Indian grocery stores...when I am in Barbados there is one made locally that I can find at any grocery store. Both are also very inexpensive.
As far as deodorant, the fewer toxins in the system the milder the underarm odor is. It is natural to sweat from this area...so I generally do not seek to stop the sweating but the odor. I put a lil essential oil under mine...whatever fragrance is pleasant to me and I bathe more often to remove the old sweat. I haven't found anything else that works...and yes this was my procedure even when living in a tropical climate and sweating more

Here is some information from a blog site I found regarding Natural deodarant solutions that are supposed to work. Hope this information helps you:
"these ingrediants have been said to have deoderant/antiperspirant properties:
LOVAGE - make ANTIP by covering fresh leaves with brandy or vodka and letting sit for a few weeks, then straining. do not use if pregnant, or have kidney problems.
WITCH HAZEL - can be used alone as an ANTIP, or mixed with some vegetable glycerin if it is too drying. scent can be added with a drop or two of essential oil
CITRUS PEELS - make DEO by soaking fresh peels in vodka or witch hazel for a few weeks. strain and use all over the body.
ROSEWATER - make DEO by mixing rosewater together with a little baking soda.
