Empress wan fi know, what foods, or nutritional supplements are necessary for natural health for vegans/vegetarians. As Ihi yahnh Ihi elimate all that is harmful to Ihi body temple, Ihi yahnh Ihi must replace this with pure and natural healing foods.

Ihi know there are ihitahl foods that provide most of what the body needs to be in optimal health, but what specifically can ones use who are new to the vegan/vegetarian natural ifestyle. What do they contain as life preserving properties? What ailments are they useful in preventing or curing?

If ones use natural supplements, what would they be? Where can ones find said supplements? What is essential, what is voluntary? What kind, what brand, etc . . .

Tenayisitlin. what type of live-it is the i transitioning from? It is good to clean the system and fast before embarking on a new live-it.. the I has a better chance of sticking to it with a clean slate.The I can get all necessary vitamins and minerals from dark leafy greens, spirulina, sea vegetables, wheat grass. It is more favorable to get them(vits. and mins.) from foods versus supplements. E3live ( google it) is a good green formula. This is a really open ended question, so I would suggest the I find out what the I is lacking by getting a body scan or hair strand test done to see whats needed and move forward from there.

It seems not many ones utilize this board, so I give thanks that the I opened a reasoning on such a topic. So much information to share.. holistic health has been i passion going on some 14 years now, lots of cleansing, fasting, live-tary changes and still striving to be even more ital, eventually getting off of all processed food. So misgana yene ihit (give thanks my sistrin) for the I wordsound. A good vegan supplement line is Veglife. E3Live is a good greens supplement, Natural Factors has a good greens powder too. Noni juice is good, so many herbs to be taken as teas. Heal Thyself, Afrikan Holistic Health, Colon Health by Dr.Norman Walker, really good books for cleansing, fasting, making live-tary changes. I always suggest a one assess their personal situation first so I can point them in the best i-rection still. Herbs and supplements in a polluted body dont do much good, the first step needs to be cleansing.
