SCOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT: Blood expert Errol Denton

You can always tell what a person’s health is like by taking a look at their living blood cells. Looking at living blood cells is much different to the standard blood test that one receives at the doctor’s surgery or hospital.

The test there is called a Full Blood Count (FBC) and almost everyone at some point in time has experienced this test. The FBC involves having a needle inserted into the arm and a syringe full of blood removed. Unfortunately approximately half an hour after the blood cells leave ones body they die off so the hematologist merely counts dead red and white blood cells etc.

With a live blood test it only involves a tiny pin prick on the finger tip and because we are looking at living blood cells one gets to see their own living cells moving around on a video screen. This information is most valuable because it indicates a person’s dietary and lifestyle habits. It also acts as the ultimate preventative medicine tool for diseases such as diabetes arthritis etc.

Take my most recent ‘client’ Steve Pope the editor of this newspaper. When Steve came to see me he was overweight, and tired most of the time. His reason for visiting was to write an article but when we looked at his blood it was obvious to see the reason for his fatigue, his blood cells were all clumped together instead of round separate and organized. The second test that I performed indicated that lots of acids were settling in Steve’s lymphatic system which was also contributing to the pain he had been experiencing for many years.

The test indicated that Steve’s diet consisted of mainly acid foods, drinks as well as high levels of sugars and starches. Steve’s body was like a car running on the wrong type of petrol. Unlike a car however which would not work without the exact type of fuel the human body will try it’s best to keep things running although not as efficiently as it could function optimally.

I took a good look at Steve’s diet and made some alterations for him to follow in order to clean his blood cells and restore them to their normal healthy condition. This involved him cutting out certain foods from his diet such as sandwiches and unhealthy snacks that he tended to have on the go through working long hours and replace them with healthy alternatives.

The results were amazing! Approximately two weeks later I spoke to Steve on the phone and he informed me that his energy levels had increased immensely. Most importantly he also told me that the pain he had been suffering from for some time and had had lots of treatment for had stunningly disappeared.

When Steve returned for his follow up blood test three months later. I almost could not recognize him due to his two stone weight loss! Steve appeared very fit healthy and his blood cells confirmed on the inside how he now looked on the outside.
