please help. ive been with this team for like 4 weeks now, well the horrible traveling alone with tthe uncomfortable feeling has caught up with me. im 6'11 and we ride buses for an hour ina half to and from our destination there and back and also the hotel beds they give me to sleep in is a twin size. so now im experiencin back pain and they jus prescribed me volteran and muscoril, def dont kno how they did that wen i didnt even c the doctor. u kno any herbal alternatives before i be on the next plane back to america??? lol

What I suggest to athletes is VALERIAN ROOT. Please take at bedtime because it does make you drowsy.

I experienced "throwing out" my back during the summer months and was in terrible pain. I saw a chiropractor for adjustments that were helpful and i started practicing Qi Gong 2x's a day....
i went to the chiro 1 day a week...and did my Qi Gong daily 2 x's each day...after 7 days i made a full recovery. I could barely stand the first day i hurt my back. I had always wanted to try Qi Gong because I really love martial arts and respect the healing power of most eastern medicine. It's allllllll good! so i tried it. Although it was tough at first it was exercise enough to be so benificial that i built up my QI enough for a full recovery in a week!!!! I can not stress the importantce of physical exercise when one is hurt or sick...I really really got a benifit from Qi Gong. It might not be for anyone else but definitely the stretching and exercise is a massive help...eventhough it might hurt at first!!!
Many times we get hurt and we rest when indeed we do need to move around and use those parts otherwise we can loose them!

Why you asking about Rosemary oil, have you tried any regimen??? =)) Just messing with ya'... but for real try something Iyah!

Rosemary is beneficial but its mostly used for hair treatments. For a rub try wintergreen or anyone with with menthol

Blessed Love, SPANISH NEEDLE HERB is one of the best ailments for back pain, secondly if there is a fronto( the same one that's used for smoking) tree around , you can use the GREEN LEAVES to put directly on the place where the pain is and it will absorb it And thirdly the floor (which is very good for the back as well) should do much better then the twin bed for someone as tall as you. Sounds uncomfortable but it really works. RASTAFARI
