I didn't know you lived in London, I would have invited you to a couple lectures we recently had in Sheperds Bush, the book can also be found at D'Jed Ent, that's 10 Adelaide Grove in Bush. Or at Sister Levi, at the Acton Market every Friday and Saturday, in front of Morrisons in Acton.
