- Excited to be alive, I am grateful to have this opportunity to live and learn. Communication is important to me and broadening my overstanding about people, our existance, & the planet. I paint, though at this point in time I'm focusing on setting up my counseling/coaching practice. Because of my passion for reggae music & it's message, I sometimes organize music events. Music has always given me the energy to keep going, in times of doubt, and the joy to live life as a celebration! I love the freedom of riding my bike through Amsterdam, listening to great music. I am close with my daughter & now 2 grandsons! Jah Live!

Just that I hope smoking weed is a conscious event; a sacrafice to the Most High. I smoke less & less, as I try to live as consciously as possible these days. I want to see & feel & be able to respond clearly to this living process.
