I believe in my egguns, egguns come first and always. For those of you who do not know what an eggun is, they are the spirits that walk with you, protect and watch over you. I am a artistic person who loves photography, art, music, and dance. I love to travel and been around the world. I still got plenty more to go. I am also a book lover. I am very open minded person. History-Jewish Refugees sent to Dominican Republic to whiten race

In 1938, when no other nation would welcome Jewish refugees, Rafael Trujillo, the Dominican Republic strongman, offered to take in 100,000. Between 1940 and 1945, 5,000 Dominican visas were issued, but only 645 Jews actually made their way to the Dominican Republic.
