Give thanks for the I Fiyah And Rain.
I have been giving my baby green vegetable juice really since 3 months. Now he is drinking Blue-Green Algae shakes with me and loving it! Burn the baby docs that claim you cant give your youths this and dat at a young age,. but they glorify cows milk and baby beef stew in a jar. Burn dat sh$%. My youth man is 5 years strong Vegan Raw Baby. I am his DOCTOR/HEALER, teacher, Chef,and his FRIEND. Why because King Of Kings say so. ya feel me brethren?
Stay firm with the youths when it comes to ital livity. NO MEAT-NO FISH-NO CHICKEN-NO CHEESE-NO REFINDED SUGAR-ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOL LUNCHES.NEVER allow your youths to eat school lunches.Make and create ital vegan lunches with your youths. Create a Veggie Lunch box with your kids favorite eats. Don't forget the bottled water.( I just introduced my family to akaline water this weekend)-WOW!
My son loves this raw sandwhich i make him. shred fresh carrots, cabbage, green pepper, red onion, green apple,kale.,add a handful of raisins and cashews. Then spread some hummus &Tahini (Which I make homemade) on (I use Good For Life Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain & Seed Bread-ooh! Holy Bread! :) with a touch of vegan-Agave mustard (which i make homemade).Food for life. Just a simple Ital Rasta receipe. Many more to come maybe a RAW BOOK someday..I'll name It I EAT TO LIVE.....
