If the I is looking to extend I recomend a man by the name of David Hawkins, if the I hasnt already known about this man, he is a man blessed greatly by hte Almighty, please if you have an hour or 2 to burn google his name under video and there will be a nice spread of lectures, watch 1st "the Root of Conciousness" pt. 1-3, long but worth every second.
