WITH JAH
Union with the Most High is essential to survival. We have to first love ourselves as the Most High loves us. Connection with the Most High is being aware of HIS presence within us. To allow Jah to come in and dwell in your temple is a feeling like no other. It's as if you view life through different eyes, through Jah's eyes. You begin to see beauty and potential in everything.
Even if you are use to being bitter and argumentative, once Jah Rastafari breathes new life into you, there is no room for negativity to abide.
WITH SELF
Be in touch with all the aspects of your own personality. The intellectusl you, the warrioress you, the sensual you, the healing you, the humerous you, and everything about you that makes you a woman.
Be proud of your hair, your full lips, your broad hips, and every inch and curve that makes you desirable unto man (eternal fire for chi-chi and sodomite). Celebrate your womanhood by reclaiming Jah's promise to reward you as a daughter of Zion.
Know your I-story, your roots, and what is expected of you as a Rasta Woman. Learn how you should speak, walk, and act as an Empress.
Royal Rasta Women adorn ourselves in garments of righteousness to protect us from the snares of the enemy. Meaning, you should not dress yourself in attire unfit for a queen...tight, restrictive clothing does not allow the blood in your womb to flow freely which can cause serious health complications later.
It is not our desire to attract the eyes of a man by enticing him with tight clothes, because then we would gain the affection of that man for the wrong reasons. We do not needdiamonds and gold in order to shine, we shine through the light and livety of Rastafari.
Adding on hair, hair- coloring, make- up, and fake nails are the adornments of babylon. We shun the use of anything un-natural to beautify ourselves as it is disrespectful to Jah to try and "fix" what Jah has already deemed appropriate for your appearance.
WITH MAN
Man was created to serve Jah through serving his fellow man.
As a woman who has taken the time to know herself, you already know what a Kingman expects from you.
Get to know him, love him, support him, and do not be afraid or ashamed to respectfully point out when he has done something to hurt or offend you.
When you engage in physical activity with a man, there is more happening than what the eye can see taking place. Your souls begin to intertwine and you become one, and the more you intertwine, the closer you get. When you lay together in union, you absorb his essence and you take on many of his characteristics. This is not by mistake, it is by design.
That is why it is not wise for a virtuous woman to lie down with any man.
WITH NATURE
Herbs are the healing of the nation...
We have to get back to the bush to heal ourselves and our families. The pharmaceutical industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that keeps robbing from poor people. Preion drugs are not designed to heal, only "hide" symptoms and provide a temporary fix. The rich keep getting richer.
Become well learned in homeopathy and holistic healing through the use of herbs and tonics. It is the true Rastafarian way.
WITH CHILDREN
Children are the future. If we do not train them up in the way they should go, it is us who will face judgement. Teach your daughters how to be virtuous women, and your sons to be righteous warriors.
InI should be blessed to have Rastafarian schools in every city but since we do not, charity begins at home. Give the children love and discipline and grow them by the principals of Jah Rastafri.
Respect their feelings and encourage their ideas. Be both teacher and student. Children are much wiser in this time then in previous times as it is written in the ure.
