Greetings Queen,Give thanks fuh life! Give thanks fuh de balance of mind and body and de decision to conscious cleansing and rejuvenation! InI have jsut come off a 30 day fast Ini started on March 5th. It is an annual trek(at least three times annually) for de I. The rewards far outwigh the deprivation and csacrifices! Ini have not done the complete raw diet yet, but plan to do so in th late summer to slowly adjust to less food int eh hibernation winter months. (inI may be inb Trinidad as soon as October this year, starting to plant InI food and eat strictly as InI train and know is best). Having lost 25 pounds in the month of fasting and cleansing this month, InI am elated in all aspects of bouyancy!
Be strong Sistren wisely guided and highly blessed....(see I article under InI News posted yesterday on "Ital Livity and Longevity"
