Respect for your project in Senegal! Action speaks louder than words! I read your post and I totaly agree with your point of view. I think the lack of information is big problem in Africa. It causes a lot of manipulations!
My Kingman is Gambian. We are now based in France but we think a lot of going back in Africa to do some works. We have a sound system "African Light Sound System" (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=213828905) and we think of making an association to informe people about the relation between Europe & Africa, especially about "Françafrique". There is a lot of things to do to decolonize people's mind.
Can you tell me more about the Maggi cube? Where can I have more informations? It's really important because, as you say it, many Africans use it in their daily meals without asking the disadvantage it occur in our health.
I don't have any advice to give you to fulfill your project but I wish you success! If you can, give me more informations about herbal medicine.
I wish we keep link to exchange ideas. Each one Teach one!
